To place an order, click on Order Form. Then select the printer icon at the top of your browser. When you are done filling out the required information, mail the order form along with your check or money order to the address printed at the top of the form. If you prefer we now accept payments through Paypal. If you wish to pay by Paypal then attach the Order form to an email or clearly state in the email the part number, scale and item with price you are ordering. You may also use the Paypal shopping cart. Those residing in Wisconsin must add 5.5% sales tax.
